The south end of the multiplex is at Washington St & Rotory St.

A U-turn slip from Washington St to Rotory St. This is the southern end of the 202/4/11/100 quadruplex, which continues into the background. Minot Ave carries southbound 202/4/11/100 to the camera from the corner of the "traffic triangle". ME-121 south starts here as well. Facing the other way, traffic entering ME-121 sees this. This makes for a quintuplex (or is it a pentaplex?), if only signed in one direction... Taking a left onto "Rotory St", we reach the END [121] sign. Does this count as a wrong-way`plex? You be the judge! That's a [TO] [136] trailblazer to the left of the car.
